Jim Cramer on Whole Foods and Amazon: John Mackey Has Built a Great Institution

You know, I mean neh Jana odd, though John for a long time. I John that need so many upgrades and Jana was still persistent when he put Ron shake on the board. Elevating Gabby’s Souls burger to the Chairman and bringing some outsider, see it new CFO and it was never enough for Jana Jana wanted it sold and I think at the end, John Mac, you said you know what I don’t need this.

I don’t need this I’d. Rather just hook up with Amazon and dominate, I have tremendous respect for John and what he built he built a great institution. I love the shop there. I know the numbers have not been great of late, but let’s have respect for this man who built an amazing institution.

Vegan Food Haul//Whole Foods Market//Amazon Price Drops

This is a huge, huge, veg haul from Whole Foods. That is, you know. Some things are just pantry staples and other things are specific for the recipes and the projects that we’re developing. It is a long weekend here, so we anticipated that and you know, have extra recipes than we normally would do on the weekend.

So I’m going to show you the kind of what we got so I’ll, just kind of work. This way in no particular order. We always trying to keep lemons and limes in stock. We grabbed some mushrooms grab these white nectarines. We do take our enviro saps with us to store and try and keep as many things as we can in this. Rather than having to use plastic. We’Ve got a couple of jalapenos and a pepper, coconut milk, Spanish, olives, kalamata, olives, some shelf-stable almond milk.

We use that for baking and cooking, so I always try to keep some of that on hand. Dry, parsley, diced, tomatoes. We love the flavor roasted by Muir Glen, some Whole Foods, pizza, sauce, basil, oregano, taco, seasoning chopped pecans whole cashews. We always keep these in stock. In the pantry, I’ve got some oats these and all the beans or pantry items. So we’ve got two hands of each cannellini black or brown joe Pinto.

We always trying to keep some lightlife tempeh bacon. I’M on a cauliflower kick optins is one of our absolute favorites. So we haven’t set that in the fridge, because, if tofu in the fridge, we’re trying out this hope, hummus Thai coconut curry, again we’re working on a potato project. So we’ve got sweet potatoes, russet, potatoes, red potatoes, yellow potatoes, which they have two bags of russet.

Some yellow onion some garlic and then we always buy four bunches of bananas. We buy them as green as we can get them, usually we shop Thursday or Friday night. So we want them to ripen for smoothies once they get ripe. We do freeze anything. So we don’t waste, we got some cilantro and some parts. This is how we store them. We put them in little mason jars with a little bit of water, and then we put a bag over them.

We’Ve had some of our refresher less for weeks. We needed our dishwasher detergent, which is cruelty, free and doesn’t have a bunch of crap event to seven generations. We already dug into the coffee this morning and then we like the low sodium olives, some whole wheat flour and for other projects, some pumpkin stuff. So this is a really really full Whole Foods haul. For us, we love shopping at Whole Foods.

We, you really enjoy their produce, that we can get a lot of things for organic and they’re 365 brand is non-gmo, so we’re ok if we don’t get the organic. Although we often buy the organic, when we can so hope, you enjoyed this article, give it a thumbs up. Whole Foods Grocery Haul 2019 / All The Healthy Stuff in One Place!

Normally, when I head out to my favorite health food store, which is Whole Foods, so that’s the topic of today’s article stay tuned. I’M going to come back and show you everything that I bought.

So you can get some ideas of some healthy, organic groceries for yourself. So stay tuned and I’ll be back with my grocery haul. See you in a sec, hey guys. It’S me just finishing up here at Whole Foods, which is my favorite health food store in the area that I live in. We have lots of good stores around here. We have Wegmans, we have Trader Joe’s, we just got a brand new store called sprouts, but yet I still wound up going back to Whole Foods, especially this one, because it’s very quiet, very organized and actually the prices are not as bad as they used to be.

So didn’t get very much, but once I get home we’re going to go over some of the items that I bought so real, quick for the ride home. I picked up one of these new drinks from rebel. This is the ratio chocalate. I usually get the green tea matcha latte, but today I wanted to try some of the different. This went to chocolate. It is amazing. The matcha latte is good too it’s with coconut milk, great ingredients.

So I like to treat myself to a healthy drink on the ride home. That’S a long ride for me. Alright, so you want to get home hey guys, so I’m back from my run to Whole Foods today. Now today I didn’t get all the groceries that I normally get. I had dental surgery the other day so right now I’m eating kind of soft and mushy food. So I actually have a pretty small amount of stuff that I got today, but I wanted to show you some of the things that I generally buy, because Whole Foods has such a great selection of organic, healthy food.

So here we go so one way that I make my smoothies is: I use frozen. Bear I usually get strawberries they’re, my favorite low glycemic got ta, get him organic. These were on sale today for Prime member, so I got some of those. I’Ve been experimenting with some of these low-calorie sort of dairy-free popsicles, since I have this issue with the dental stuff, so I’ve been trying out different brands, good pop, and this is from so delicious.

This is made with coconut milk. I had these last week. They were extremely good fudge bars only hunter calories. This is something that I buy on a regular basis. This is sustainable farmed salmon, so it’s not wild salmon, but the way that they raise. It is much better than regular farm raised salmon and this is a really good price at Whole Foods. This is a huge container and it lasts pretty long time.

So I really love salmon it’s great source of omega-3, so I always get this lemon juice. I use lemon juice every day in my green tea in the morning. So, instead of buying a ton of lemons, I generally get the organic lemon juice. This is something I recently started getting. These are grain free, cauliflower, tortilla chips, so these are pretty tasty. They come in a couple different flavors. This one is nacho flavored.

So this is a dairy free item from kite Hill. They have quite a few different products, they have a bunch of cheeses and they have yogurts and a few other things. I love their dairy-free ricotta. This is made with almond milk. It is extremely delicious if you can find kite hill. This is a really great product. They also have a new one that I haven’t tried. Yet this is a French onion dip. So I’m going to try this out and see how that tastes.

So I like to get grain free tortillas too, but you know to use for sandwiches and things like that, so these are made from cassava from Mikey’s. So in my smoothies I always use coconut milk. Sometimes almond but generally coconut milk. So today I got the large coconut milk from so delicious organic, so yogurt I generally will get either a goat sheep or from the kite Hill. So today I decided to get a goat plain, goat yogurt.

This is really really delicious. There’S actually a local farmer, I’ve been getting one for, but I just ran out, but this one is good to have had this in the past. Let’S see what else we got. This is a wholefoods mild salsa. They always make really great salsas. This is really awesome too. This is a raw milk cheese, so it’s grass-fed and raw, not pasteurized. These are blue cheese crumbles. These are extremely good.

I’M not sure if you can see this but yeah. This is really good. I love to sprinkle this on salads. I didn’t get a lot of things crunchy. I did get some romaine because this will probably last long enough for me to eat it in about a couple days to a week, but I loved a variety of different lettuces when I make salad, so romaine is one of those now. This is something I recently discovered kava hummus.

They make different flavors. Last week I had one that was caramelized onion, which was the best hummus I’ve ever had in my entire life. This week I got the larger container of the traditional hummus. I wanted to try this one out too. This is a nice mushy food that I can definitely eat right now. I got some smoked: turkey, breast Organic. I’M able to chew this somewhat. I’Ve tried it already the other day, so turkey breast good source of protein.

Here’S some organic pepperoni and not sure if I’m going to be able to chew this very well, but hopefully it’ll last avocados. This is a staple in my diet. I use these almost every day, especially in my smoothies. Here’S another amazing product that I recently discovered. Ah, it’s actually the same company as the hummus kava. This is a lemon herb, tahini sauce. Now I sometimes make my own tahini sauce is pretty easy to make, but in a pinch it’s really easy to use.

This tahini sauce is great on a lot of different things. I like to use it especially on chicken, so we got ta check this out. This is really awesome and then here is Lily’s dark chocolate. This is sweetened with stevia, so it’s much lower in calories and sugar, which is really awesome, new, no sugar added at all. As a matter of fact – and this is 70 percent cacao – and then I already talked about this on the way here – this company rebel – they make these really amazing drinks, they have a bunch of different kinds.

I just drank this one on the way home. It’S the rain. She mushroom chocolate, one didn’t taste like mushrooms at all, but anyway this was extremely good. It kind of tasted like a coconutty, chocolate, milk. It was so delicious. I couldn’t believe it so anyway. This is my Whole Foods run out. Of course, Whole Foods is not your average grocery store. It was a little bit on the expensive side, but I honestly only go there for the specialty products that they have, that other stores don’t have so.

In other words, I try to get my staples like my produce and my meats and those kinds of things from other stores like around. Here we have something called shop right and then Walmart has a good selection of organic stuff. So I’ll do a article on the Walmart run that I do once in a while. I go to Trader Joe’s. Sometimes I go to Wegmans but, like I said, I go to Whole Foods to get these specialty products that nobody else around here has, and I love that particular store.

That’S that’s. You know near me so anyway. So this is my Whole Foods Ron. It was like. I said it was kind of on the expensive side. You know about 150 bucks. You know it’s quite a bit for these couple of things, but I don’t go there all the time and I, like I said I stock up at other stores for the things that I use everyday, alright guys.
